What Is Pilates?
Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning that works by building strength from the inside out. Unlike other fitness techniques, it focuses on deep postural muscles to re-align the body, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It’s recommended by medical specialists for people with back problems, but it’s also perfect for anyone looking to improve overall strength and mobility, whilst is also being a great way to relive unwanted stress and tension.
I offer a variety of classes, including group sessions, 1-to-1 private Pilates, and small group classes tailored to your fitness level and goals.
My classes are held in both Kemble and Cirencester community halls, with car parking facilities available.
Not at all! My classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced movers. I'll guide you every step of the way.
Please bring a yoga/pilates mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Lycra is not essential!
